Gold Bot MK2 -- An Alltimate Corporation Product

Subject: Gold Bot MK2 Marketing Brochure
Notes: This targeted marketing brochure is ready for distribution to appropriate Trattorian arms procurement and security officials, awaiting your approval. The brochure follows the break.

################

Alltimate Corporation International Sales Division

**** DRAFT: Internal Use Only ****

Servants of Trattoria, the Alltimate Corporation is proud to announce the completion of our joint business venture with Sun Engineering to produce our latest product. As you know, we took the chassis of SEC's existing diplomatic security robot and overhauled it for combat use. We present to you the Gold Bot MK2.

Image

Designed with a combat roll in mind, the MK2 was given numerous enhancements. You will immediately notice larger shoulder servos, enhanced legs, a greater stature overall, and an External Armoured Power Pack (EAPP) which supplements the existing Antimatter Power Unit by adding 140% to the total power output for the robot.

Image

The extra energy provided by the EAPP allows Gold Bot MK2 to output more energy when engaging in physical combat, and can be used as a power source for existing heavy energy weapons platforms. The legs have been modified to allow for more articulation and strength. Combat environments often feature difficult terrain, but thanks to the leg upgrades the Gold Bot MK2 can traverse difficult terrain approximately 20% faster than the previous model. The more robust leg design also helps the Gold Bot MK2 carry heavy weapons or other massive loads, up to 10 metric tons.

Image

Our sales reps are standing by indefiniely. We hope you will consider the Gold Bot MK2 and the rest of our humanoid combat chassis product lines.

################

The pitch is rather dry, but those Tratts really only want to see the numbers, they don't care about much else. We have 3 of these bots ready for immediate testing if they want to perform trials before ordering more units. To get the factory producing more will take about 2 weeks.

Solid method for articulating the arms, too, I used that technique when I built a security drone.

As I said in chat, a marvelous improvement. I like the formatting, too.

I just realized- that leg design doesn't use wrenches (which aren't on B&P or PAB to my knowledge)...I may actually place a large order for these in real life...

These look really great. Gold-black color-scheme fits well too.
The only problem with these droid is they could not be put fixed on studs of a plate/baseplate. This could be problem when built in masses.

I'm a fan. They remind me a bit of the gold security droids from elysium and that's a good thing. The legs are really clever, getting knee joints into a build that small is quite impressive.

They're supposed to. It's what Colette used as inspiration when he built the original version.

Where the heck did you get gold chainsaws from? I want gold chainsaws dammit... (although still not as powerful as orange transparent chainsaws)

I've added your post to the official brikwars subreddit:
