So I was trying to make a wing, pterosaur style I think. It was bound to fail anyway because there is no membrane to suspend between the fingers, but I was instead just using tubes because eh.
Tubes are really fucking weird, most of the time they just wriggle in whatever direction you are not pointing at. Like this:
