Tenerbous, the immortal leader of Soluin. Despite rumors of his death years ago he has returned in a powerful robotic body wielding a massively over-sized sword. What remains of his right arm has been converted into a multi-lens energy tool that can be configured for death blasts, EMP or a healing beam.
Vesk, second in command of the empire. Since the return of the emperor, Vesk has been able to focus himself on the rebuilding of the Soluin navy and focus it on reclaiming planets formerly under control of the empire.
Sharon Stone, Tech division president. Promoted for her loyal service to the empire to the head of the technical division, Sharon has focused her efforts on building more and more powerful death machines.
Globen blood hunter, inquisitor. Globen has only one goal in life to hunt down any that would threaten the peace of the reborn empire. He takes sadistic pleasure in his job.
General Kenner, Military leader. After the emperor's return Kenner was promoted to the leader of the military. Since then he has given his dna to clone most of the current army and police forces.
Scout Commander Alpha. The first clone from Kenner's dna he has taken Kenner's place as scout commander.

Empire pilot's, really not much to say about them.
Scout forces. Equipped with jet packs and blaster rifles. Half the squad is equipped with heavy weaponry to deal with any situations that confront them.
Army and police force showing the various outfits used depending on the conditions that they are deployed in.
Hazard troopers, deployed in dangerous environments or to control riots. Generally equipped with power armor and close ranged plasma guns.
Cool guys, still equipped with rifles, but now augmented by a small group cool heavies.
Mekniks, hopped up on beer and exhaust fumes these guys scamper through fire, lasers and even the lose of limbs to repair their precious machines.

Inseczor's, recently brought back into the fold by Vesk the Inseczor's have only just begun to provide military support.

Dune Runner, fast and light assault vehicle with an experimental heavy plasma cannon.
Scout troop vehicle currently equipped to bring a portable turret into battle.
Two person light scout craft, its small engine has so far limited any weapons being equipped on it.
Experimental walker, no armor or pilot protection has so far limited its use despite the linked pair of rapid laser cannons.
Inseczor's combat pod. A small fighter craft organically grown on the Inseczor's home world by their queen.
Razor. Designed for combat in any ground encounter the razor is equipped with a sonic cannon.
Terror, pilots of this speedy little laser boat are called insane by their companions while those same companions secretly envy them.
Sentry tanks, controlled by A.I units and sporting small force field generators and heavy cannons have becoming increasingly popular as a target for mass production.
