The Forces of [D]OOM-9X, the disgraced and now fully disgruntled general of the Trade Federation forces on Naboo.

After the battle of the Grassy Plains on Naboo, with the destruction of the Droid Control Ship, OOM-9 found himself the only functional droid on the planet's surface, owing to his autonomous AI installed to allow him to more effectively command the forces he was given. He retreated from the field to avoid capture, venturing deep into the swamps. As the isolation set in it began to effect his programming. The inability to fulfill his orders as well as the removal from what used to be a great consciousness began to cause fractures and loops in his coding which created vast mood swings and bouts of schizophrenia paired with improved cunning and intelligence

As he wandered he eventually came upon a lost detachment of his former soldiers, inactive and powered down from loss of connection to the ship, they had remained undetected out in the swamps, on their last mission pursuing the Gungan forces. In a rage he began tearing droid and vehicle apart, pulling their pieces from their limbs and piling them as he fought with frustration. Then in a moment it clicked, these pieces were what he needed. He began to assemble, a great golem of many parts from those he'd collected. As his beast took shape it became apparent to him that there was a way now to fulfill what he'd longed to. When the beast was done he looked upon it, and then uploaded his own AI, with all its new faults and strengths into the beast. He had now taken his new form- [D]OOM-9X. He set off through the swamp, his old body still sitting in place, to head for the nearest star port on Naboo, and ultimately, Geonosis, to the Droid Foundry of his first birth.

When he arrived upon Geonosis (the nature of his trip being a grisly affair of hijacking and piracy) he easily overwhlmed the guards at the foundry of his creation and set to work building himself a new army, each would share his consciousness, each an extension of him, each housing him. Along with the normal droids the production was set up to create, he designed new forms, such as these, more than twice as tall as a normal droid, much stronger of construction, and armed with jump jets and a energy pike, they would be his elite soldiers on the field.
So, it's like... Age of Ultron... But with Star wars! And it was a good use for my pair of AAT's that were serving as book ends on my shelf. I honestly really like that set.
-------------------------Update!-------------------------
Basics!

Nothing fancy, but with the capture of the droid foundries they would naturally make an appearance. Equipped with Flechette launchers rather than their old blaster rifles, the scatter effect helps make up for their god awful aim. And in blocks of 20 provides a substantial output of metal shrapnel in the enemies direction. As with all the droids under [D]OOM-9's control, they share their programming and AI consciousness with him, improving them significantly over the standard B1
Upgraded Weaponry!

The old electro-pikes were A) not great to look at, B) flimsy, and C) led to the droids standing around looking like statues. So I created some heavy beam rifles for them. Now they can pose dramatically with their weapons and look more menacing. Plus now they can easily stand behind and utilize the mobile cover that the basics provide by filling space on the battlefield!
Vultures:

Customized vulture droid designs, these ones have been developed with heavier arms and armaments to make them fit the role of close-air-support/ground attack fighters. Their increased weight has lowered their effectiveness some in dog fights with other fighters, lowering speed and maneuverability. But often enough the heavier armor and large caliber auto cannon with charged munitions can make up for it. Developed off the same technology that encapsulates the explosive/armor piercing shells of an AAT with plasma-- this sized down and sped up version is able to fire in 3 round bursts at armored and unarmored targets, anything more than that causing too much shaking in the frame to allow for any accuracy/potential damage to the droid. Capable of landing and taking up ideal ground positions, they can flank enemies and transform, creating a long range weapons platform from which to harry an opponents sides.
