It was a coincidence; the Hornet's were named because they're small and fast and had this one primary weapon. And "Bee" fighters didn't sound menacing enough. As for the Scarab, I just chose it for the shape and it's heavier and more armored than the hornets, also naming it "Beetle" is as bad as "Bee".
Hey Jaye Tea, I noticed that your pic, and your seattle-ish based. You a soldier? I was posted at Ft. Lewis for a couple of years.

I've eaten a grasshopper before, and I'll have to say, it was pretty damn good.
As in, the best meat I've ever had good.

What the christ, who said I was a vegetarian? I'd have bacon-wrapped-veal dipped in barbecue sauce with a side of cow brain tacos for every meal of the day if I had the chance. Being a meat-lover, I still hands-down pick grasshopper as my favorite meat. Imagine grilled chicken, If the chicken was inside of an almond.

And I dislike almonds, so that wouldn't be good for me.
