Windows ten works fine for me other than that it can't seem to bulk image resize.

Haven't they always been called applications? But letters are a finite resource and we must conserve them in order to stop our messages from clogging the Internet tubes, or something.

Application software is a useful term, distinguishing these programs from system software. That's why they changed the names. It's not just marketing.
