Army Table of Contents

*Version 1.3*

(i'll update this by .1 for each new army)

The idea is to see every member that has an organized military and post pictures, perhaps a vote for the best one?(in another thread)

Restrictions:
1. Must have a simple (or extensive) backround
2. May be a squad
3. Vehicals are not only permited but encouraged
4. Feel free to also post space-forces or air-forces(does anyone even have an airforce??)
5. Should have a commander but not nessesarily.

If you want your army listed PM me.

In my house two factions fight the death, the Reds and the Blues. These mechanized mercs were hired to support the Red Faction. Scar is their leader, hes the one with a skull face and a rebel helmet. (he actually has a scar, i think from when i bit it, to get it off of another fig).

A long time from now, in our own solar system, there is war.
Earth has long before now been "incorporated", meaning that the world government is now a business run, totalitarian parody of what was once the homeworld of the human race. Enter the First Earth Liberation Corps.
The F.E.L.C. battle their mortal enemy, the largest corporation in the solar system, BIN. (Blast In Now) The F.E.L.C. have a robin hood complex, thinking that they are fighting to free the oppressed minifigs of Sol, while the bystander death toll of one of their battles usually outnumber the number of troops.
They war with BIN from the cities of Terra, to the plains of terraformed Mars, in the gas sky of Saturn, and to ship to ship warfare in the Middle Belt.

UCD [Urban Combat Division]
The Urban Combat Division is a small, elite force designed specifically for raids on enemy population centers and industrial zones. It contains few troops in relation to its vehicular power, because any live units it sends in will need to be extracted, usually by spacecraft to another star system.

in my "world" the earth has been invaded.......the edf is whats left of the armies of the world......some stuff remains the same while other stuff has been stolen, rebuilt of built in secret to help defend the earth.

the first of my brikwars armies are the Metrics,
The Metrics hate all armies that are unoriginaly named "imperials", they are a post modern armie split in to sections of elite,gound-force,plantery-assault-troops,armored,arial(air-force) they also have a micro wars fleet.
the second is the pie-rats who are scavengers who steal and modifie weapons and viacles.
the third are the dimmies.
the fourth are the planterys.

Pfft. Single-color army. My army is in the hundreds, with at least 25 vehicles of all sizes, and very very few of them are in 'matching uniforms'. Of course, they're waaay too scattered for me to be bothered to collect every single one and take a pic of them.

You have to resize pics before you upload them to the intarwebs.

I already have a thread of my army going. I'm currently MOCing stuff for it.

Yeah, let's drop that single-color requirement. It sure helps, but my armies are uh... not the same colors. at all.

I also have two armies that I use with pride. Should I enter them both seperately or as one entry?

Can you enter more than one army?

And I think you should be able to enter not just armies, but single squads as well. That way Dr. X and IVHorseman can enter their things and still be happy. Dr. X can enter his brown squad and/or green squad perhaps, and IVHorseman can enter his tank and the people who go along with that?

Also, maybe to make it a lot nicer and easier to look through we could make the first post of this thread a type of "Table of Contents". You can post all the links and people can just click those to automatically go to all the things without having to go through all the different off-topic discussions

On a side note: the resizing of my army has been acting all funny so I'm just going to post the entire brickshelf folder when it goes public

Yea, I say we just post them in the thread and then you can just edit your first post as more are added. You could put each person's name who contributes and then under their name just put the names of their armies as links.

I also say we can do squads, but they should actually be squads that you would put on a squad plate if you were playing. I also think they should match for the most part, either in the idea behind it, the look of them or something else. If it's a rag-tag group of dungeon adventurers and they aren't matching scheme-wise, fine. But they should match in some sense.

And I say again that we try not to clog this up with things that may not be considered an army or squad.

if not I will just list them in the order they are submited.

I gave up on my army, just wait for the folder to go public

I only did the Army #1 example for mine in case people have squads that usually work together in their army, like Dr. X's brown and green squads. Some people have armies made up of squads, like me, and then other armies as well.
