I thought it was a DA artist's piece. Google search says it was for an unproduced Lego movie involving a Toy Story like plot where a minifigure travels through the real human world and encounters many different kinds of Lego sets.

It was an early concept piece for what later became The LEGO Movie. I was talking to those guys off and on during development of the movie. Bringing in all the other toy lines put it a little too close to Pixar territory, but a little bit of Thomas the Tank Engine concept survived in the wild west train scene.
