And everyone would generally agree about that superpower status.Captain-Camper wrote:To be fair if you build a metric-fuck-ton of things then you will be seen typically as superpower.

Re: GR Berkut assault transport aircraft
I think it's necessary that the definition of superpowers should be cleaned up and a definition, that most of us folks agree on, is adapted to the wiki page, in order to avoid confusion.
IMO, fielding an army in combat is a more important factor for that, than just pure army building.

Re: GR Berkut assault transport aircraft
But what if you have a massive army but get constant bad rolls and lose every battle? also people might make battle reports and change the outcome so they win and become a superpower.
Maybe we could make a superpower thread where we go through the current factions and choose which one is and isn't?

I derailed my own thread with delusions of grandeur. oops
I guess a better explanation would have been just trying to get some stuff noticed outside my own threads a little. I probably spend more time editing wiki articles than posting on the forum here too.
pls notice senpai.

I don't speak for anyone but myself, but unless someone builds "homage factions". like if I were to build Polish units like yours.. for a "battle", meeting up with others for a battle is simply out of the question, the whole "power" thing is a subjective term based mostly in "lore" it seems rather than anything else, So unless you're talking about the homage thing I mentioned, it seems pretty impossible for pretty much anyone to legitimize a faction of their own creation.

Brikwars superpowers are just a dick measuring contest. Nothing more, nothing less.

In which case I think Kaplan already won.
Makes me wonder what percentage of all the M-Tron figs he owns in the world... probably bought up everything he could off BL.

First of all. thank you defining the M-Throne Empire as a superpower.
In terms of figure pieces, I'm not buying nowadays as much as I used to in previous years but I'm collecting parts for the larger creations.
I will post a new over-view photo of the M-throne Imperial Army soon. There will be a significant increase of land vehichles (tanks, cars etc.) in comparison with the previous versions.

Re: GR Berkut assault transport aircraft
I was thinking about this. The current definition is kind of annoying in its limitations and its generalisations. How would someone build a space pirate superpower when their Space Galleons and Jolly Roger Mech's aren't specified, yet AC's, SHIP's and SHDT's are. To make matters worse, when the definition lists Armored Core's, we all know it's referring to Gundam derivatives and mech's of similar size, but when someone turns up with say This, we have to explain why their giant mech isn't a giant mech.Duerer wrote:I think it's necessary that the definition of superpowers should be cleaned up and a definition, that most of us folks agree on, is adapted to the wiki page, in order to avoid confusion.

So, perhaps we should just trim the fat and redefine it to any themed army of 100 total inches. It removes the pressure to build a single big but useless weapon, and encourages building multiple vehicles, rather than going to route of least resistance and building 50 figures plus a 10" SHDT + Crew.

While I also think it's a bit unnecessary, some people like that kind of thing, so I think it's probably a good idea to have some consistency. The idea of valuing armies by inches is definitely intriguing.Vami IV wrote:I think no one should give a shit and just keep briking
More to the topic if the thread, I wasn't a huge fan of this ship on the first viewing, but coming back it's definitely grown on me. I really like the landing skids, and I don't think the bulky front is an issue.
