No, no, most people here open the presents on midnight (24-25), but I open them before.

Why is that?

Because when I was younger, a little child, I used to pass Manly Santa Day on my grandparents' house, and by midnight, they were already asleep, so we started opening up the presents earlier.

The habit remains, even without passing Yule on my grandparents' house again.
