I find it semi-annoying that you can only use up to creation size in weapons while using hover. I guess when you stop, you can fire the full 2x creation size. Whatever. It makes enough sense :mystery:

Real men build mech tanks that fall over at the slightest breeze!

You have no Idea how much time I wasted making my Mech design's legs actually support it, and barely.

That got changed. Anti-gravity isn't subject to the same limits as aerodynamic flight. Hover tanks are cool.

So would an anti-gravity tank then be the same as a wheeled vehicle just with the ability to strafe in any direction?

If that were the case that would be sweet...

9.2: Standard Maneuvering wrote:Unlimited Maneuvering
While uncommon, there are a few types of Propulsion systems that can match a minifig's freedom of mobility. If a Vehicle's Propulsion system is based on sufficiently agile limbs (mecha, horses, robot velociraptors, minifigs) or hover flight (helicopters, flying carpets, flying saucers), then that Vehicle is Maneuverable and it has the potential to prance around as freely as any minifig.

In order to take advantage of its Maneuverability, the Vehicle must be controlled by an operator with the Piloting Specialty (9.4: Piloting). A Maneuverable Vehicle that's controlled by a non-Pilot operator is limited to regular Forward and Stationary Maneuvering instead; full Maneuverability is too complicated for untrained minifigs to handle effectively.

Just not that you have to balance the other side accordingly... Otherwise that would be a very short battle. :studgod:
