Is there some kind of joint ownership option? If there is, I can make one and give thems permission to add videos and whutnot.

To what end though? I can only see it working if your content is something like that of StrikingScorpion82. The guy makes warhammer 40K content, with a shit ton of batreps, painting guides, tactica guides etc. And I don't think BW would really profit from anything like that. Purely because things like metagame and painting are irrelevant to BrikWars. The only thing such channel could profit from, is batreps. But then again, with that format, you won't get to see how minifigs actually shoot eachother, unlike photo-reports people do here. You could maybe upload a tutorial on how to play BrikWars, but that's about it.

I see whut your saying. Butif you were to type 'brikwars' in to the search on YouTube, you'll get videos from viccon and other places playing whut either is, or effectively is Brikwars. I was thinking the channel would have something like that. Wargammers use YouTube alot too, to show off their battles, and teach people to play. Once YouTube finally loads on my iPod, I can paste some links of videos for you and others to watch, I think seeing whut I'm saying instead if only saying it will help.someof the vids may be long, like an hour, so just skip around, or just watch bits and pieces.

Anyway, the channel would have stuff like this on it, and short vids in different armies. This exact video might not be on the channel

Batreps and building guides (rather than painting guides) wouldn't be bad. To really sell it you'd have to develop some dedicated factions and storylines over time for viewers to get attached to, rather than trying to draw in a grognard crowd with the mechanics and metagame that don't matter enough to warrant the attention.

I see. So the idea is to make some sort of ongoing BrikWars campaign with several major players. Assyrian war adventures anyone?

yus. I'd love to set this up, but does anyone know if their is a joint ownership option? ( not to be pushy, but I'd like to know this, as I've not had a chance to go on YouTube and look)

The problem with our great big storyarcs is that we always lose interest and drop them midway through eventually. But a wider internet presence for the game would indeed be great.
I couldn't come up with anything smart, original or funny, so <=THIS=> is what you get.
ENJOY IT!!!

Tomorrow I'll look @ the channel creation thing on YouTube, and see if there is a joint/combined ownership option.

Assyrians are cool as a faction but don't have a lot happening from a story standpoint. It's hard to come up with compelling story hooks for them.

We can BS it when/ if we get to that. I think as long as stuff dies and blows up, and is interesting (ie; stuff blowing up and dying) people will enjoy it.

Stubby, do you know of there is a joint ownership kind of option when creating a YouTube channel?
