Cogmind was released on Monday $20 but currently on sale for $18
http://store.steampowered.com/app/722730/Cogmind/
Experience sci-fi tactical combat and exploration in a procedural world that combines traditional roguelikes with an immersive modern interface like no other. Build yourself from components found or salvaged from other robots. Attach power sources, propulsion units, utilities, and weapons to become a slow tank bristling with weapons, or a fast-moving flier zipping past enemies before they even have time to react, or a stealthy sword-wielding assassin/hacker, or whatever else you can come up with from the salvage you find. The situation can quickly change as you lose components and rebuild yourself from enemy remains. You are the Cogmind. Discover what that means as you explore a living, breathing world ruled by robots.
I have to finish Divinity first but then I'll be getting this.

Is this the same team who made Space Station 13? Because the graphics and interface surely look familiar.

Nope.
Its just one guy. He has done several 7DayRoguelikes before but this is his first properly released game.
Games that use Ascii-ish art all look the same.

edit: I just looked up SS13 and this doesn't look like that at all.

I finished Divinity 2 and got this a few weeks ago.
I like it.
If you like a proper rouguelike game but with robots scavenging the parts off your dead enemies, you might like it.
He recently added a means to hack enemy robots, but its a more advanced play teknique.
