The small kingdom of Volhinya decides to make a land grab and invade the planet. If they can capture the deep range transmitters still in place at the old Imperiya base, they can establish a viable colony on this otherwise lawless planet

It has been taken off the Imperiya network so it cannot be used to spy on Galacian communications, but it would greatly benefit any ambitions to assimilate this planet for the Kynazdom.

Volhinya - The vehicles are not apart of this battle, also Magadan is essential, if he dies, game over.
Cultists - The troops in the base are praying on turn 1, they cannot move or do anything but that until after the shooting has started.
