One question, do the baby minifgs kills count as skulls? Maybe bite-sized?

They did in the full game, but I'm going to say that they count as half-skulls. Feel free to use overkill/blast/spray attacks on a group of babies to rake in the skulls.

Some quick stats for those you might consider killing:

• You guys: 4 armor, 1D6 skill, 5" movement (no surprise, just regular minifigs).
• "Innocent" bystanders: 2 armor, no skill or movement, will not retaliate.
• Babies: 1 armor, no skill or movement, vermin, will not retaliate, baby skulls count half.
• Demons: 2D6 armor, 1D8 skill, will retaliate if attacked, demon skulls count double.
• Cerberus (the three headed dog on ring 3): 4 hitpoints, 1D10 armor per hitpoint; 1D8 skill; Bite attack: Use 2, 1D8 damage, can be use 2 or 3 times if the heads can reach; will retaliate if attacked.
• Satan: 66D6 armor, no skill or movement, 6D10 supernatural dice for retaliating when attacked.

I didn't state this before, but you do not need to take an action or anything to pick up a skull. Satan knows what you did.

They will not attack and are worthless. Same for "sleeping" skeletons. The skeleton band has bystander stats and will not retaliate, but their skulls do count since you have to actively kill them.
