Re: The Prisoner [TURN 4 COMPLETED]
Shoot a flash bang in the middle of the prison camp to blind everyone. Rush in and kill the guard or at least separate them
Re: The Prisoner [TURN 4 COMPLETED]
Wierzbowski has no flash bangs sad to say. It would have been listed in his inventory otherwise.
It would have been a different matter if he had heroic feats but I decided to not give him them to the commandos themselves.

Re: The Prisoner [TURN 4 COMPLETED]
My sword... I meant for the regaining HP thing to be my feat and the sword throw to be a normal attack.
Magda goes berserk over the loss of her sword (not to mention failing 3 feats in a row), picks up an OTC and turns that elevator into a butcher's shop, first using her action to attack, then using her feat for extra attacks!

Ooo, boss is MAD!
Set up response fire against the first target to present itself. I would PREFER to try to call shot the Red Knight pilot's HEAD, but if Laska closes before I get an opening, I will seek an alternate target.

Re: The Prisoner [TURN 4 COMPLETED]
Well, I'm happy because I get to pick up an OTC.
I did just change my orders a little bit, to (kinda) guard myself against (another) failed feat.
Also, team, uhh, I don't wanna be stealing anyone's spotlight (even though I'm playing as the awesome and badass Hero of the team and that's kinda my job
) but I think rescuing Sosabowski without the prison guard frying him may require some 'heroics' if you know what I mean.
Once I'm done with those elevator dudes (assuming I survive
) I could probably go rescue him on the next turn... feat for distracting the guard and then action for shanking him before he can act, or, failing the feat, a roll to decide who acts first... which I will most likely win with my 1d10 vs his 1d6 (it looks from the way he's positioned himself I would be able to get inside melee range before he sees me).

Re: The Prisoner [TURN 4 COMPLETED]
Well, the other option is to somehow draw the guard out into the open so I can use my sniper rifle to take out his head or weapon hand, but given how good my shooting has BEEN, I'm bound to mess up sooner or later, whereas you've gotten some fail out of your system already. Hmm...Bragallot wrote: I think rescuing Sosabowski without the prison guard frying him may require some 'heroics' if you know what I mean.

Prisoners (ninja_bait):

The Prisoners leave their cell and grab the OTC cannons lying around.

The miners do as the guard said and do no wrong moves.
Laska (Falk):

Laska waits by the entrance to ambush the Red Knight.
Dr Etanol (Texhnophille):

The last soldier immediately gets burnt down by the doc.

With his job done here, he heads towards the hallway entrance to aid his fellows.
Wierzbowski (RedRover):

Wierzbowski was about to throw a flash-bang grenade only to realize that he had no such grenades at hand, So he tried to sneak up on the guard and shoot him but...
*CLICK*
Due to a critical failure for the hit roll his ammunition for the machine gun is depleted and needs to be reloaded next turn.

Prison Guard: "That does it!"
*bzzt-bzzt*
Stanisław Sosabowski: "Buddy, you will have to do more than a tiny sting to take me down!"
Reacting towards the attempted ambush, the guard attempts to fry the general but fails to do him any harm.
Magda (Bragallot):

Heading towards the lift, Magda grabs a beamsabre on the floor and attacks one of the knight without dealng any damage. Instead she suffers one HP damage from a counter attack.

Magdalena Pierunska: ""
Unleashing all her fury she spins around the elevator and deals several blows to both knights. (FEAT CRITICALLY SUCCESSFUL)
However, only one actually gets hit and chopped down.
Lufa (Scribonius):

Lufa turns around and waits for the Red Knight to come out.
Prison Guards (me):

And there he is. He just reached the exit of the hallway.

Before Lufa could react in time, the hardsuits lands a critical damage roll with at least two 6s, thus eliminating Lufa with a single shot!

Laska: "You'll pay dearly for shooting my teammate, you little shit!"
Laska immediately strikes the hardsuit knocking it down to one single SP.

Magdalena Pierunska: "Don't worry about me, guys... As long... as the general makes it out of here..."
The last knight whacks Magda with his beamsabre at her back. The damage was enough to eliminate the commodore.

The guard falls back dragging the general with him. He also sets up for further response action, the tool...
Torpeda (NPC'd by me):

Torpeda: "BOOOSS!"
As Torpeda yells for his superior, he lobs his final grenade into the lift to kill the last knight.

And indeed, he managed to avenge her despite the slight deviation from the target point! This also means that he has to look for another gun to fire with, since the ammo of his launcher is depleted.
Kills and Points:

Poles and Prisoners: 25 kills
Prison Guards: 6 kills
Magda Pierunska - 0/3 HP
Wierzbowski (Commando) - 3/3 HP
Dr. Etanol (Medic) - 2/3 HP
Laska (Melee Specialist) - 3/3 HP
Lufa (Sniper) - 0/3 HP
Torpeda (Heavy) - 3/3 HP
Jurgis Adamkus - 0/3 HP
Red Knight: 1/2 SP

With next to no effort, Laska manages to mow down the Red Knight for good. This leaves the guard holding Sosabowski captive as the last enemy on the field.

I almost certainly wouldn't have died if those prisoners didn't pick up the OTC's.

Damn, one-shotted by a mech suit? Well, at least Lufa went QUICK. Still, hell of a way to go...
Torpeda, if you need a gun, there's a sniper rifle a little ways off to your right.

Go to Magda/Lufa and revive whoever is the closest.
