As was said earlier, the actual life of a soldier is to be appreciated here. Not all moments of the day are filled with horrible violence and gore unfortunately.

Substance – 6/10
There’s an interesting comparison between the weaponry and the ramshackle barricades that I can’t help but notice.

Photography – 5/10
Lemme just get this out of the way first in saying that the pictures are huge. Like way huge. However, your lighting is pretty good if not grainy. It’s important to edit your pictures before posting!

The feel of sitting around and doing nothing really comes across, and it does feel like an outpost in the middle of nowhere. The troops are nice and uniform, as well.

Substance: 6/10
I'm not entirely convinced by the walls, but I get that they're supposed to be ruins or ramshackle defenses, so I kind of get it. The cannon is a nice build, and the way those four guns beside the officer are mounted is nifty.

Photography: 7/10
The pictures do the job, and I like the individual shots of the different soldiers. It feels like shots from a movie where it's cutting between all of them with nothing but peaceful background noise. However, like Ken said, please resize your pictures.

Theme: 5/10
I mean I'm sure this scene has occurred quite a bit in the past year, so I guess a 5 is suitable.
