By getting pushed aside, the heroes end up disrupted, so I'm not sure if he could've inspired the 2nd redshirt while disrupted. He might have still ended up dead.

Given how no new player for Doras can be found, I'm content with any of the Lietuvan players taking him.
In that case, both he and the original faction would still be treated as separate factions with their own initiative rolls.
