The Siege of Dyconius XII. Battle Report!

In the distant darkness there was a shattered half of a world floating amongst the sea of nothingness. Dyconius XII. All across the shattered surface of this planet were ruins of a long gone spacefaring civilization. There are several active mines across the world mining transparent materials and gems. The world seemed to be a cesspit of mercenary scum, drifters and other offworlders. Despite the harsh conditions, there were still wild creatures and plant life and large oceans.

Seeking the riches of the southern ruins, two factions of Space Explorers will meet to do battle.

The Space Peasants & Friends.
A group of adventurous and friendly space pioneers exiled from a planet of Knights. They seek to explore new worlds and make new "friends". Too bad their ship crashed in the ice mountains. Their hero is the Mysterious Figure (Grey Bat), an amnesiac found on a distant island.

The Vinegar Empire.

A group of Champions from the vicious and territorial Vinegar Empire are out on Dyconius XII scouting for potential riches to exploit for their interstellar war campaigns. The hero of the Vinegar Empire's choosing is Evil Cranston, the King of the Edgelords and Shadow People.

A Sharpshooter and a Demolitions Alien spot the advancing Space Peasants and Timmy Tactical and sneak in. They narrowly avoid the neutral Rock Golem walking around the fields.

The Space Peasant diver is now in the water, heading towards a magical scroll he spotted atop a rock in the sea. Vinegar Thugs have finally spotted them. Miss Guns waits at the shore, ready to cover the swimmer if need be.

A CRITICAL HIT!
The rocky cliff face was blown away and the Vinegar Soldiers atop it spill their guts into the sea. Timmy Tactical crit failed and was sucked into the Ocean. Miss Guns failed to rescue him. Let's see if he drowns next turn.

The Mounted Vinegar Knight ditches General Chungus and heads for Miss Guns, who has been taking pot shots at everyone from the center of the field. She's speared just like her comrade.

A Vinegar Sniper comes in close for the kill and executes the Crossbowman and in the back, Evil Cranston destroys the reactivated drone. And the Pumpkin Knight finally shows up for battle but misses.
