The Gensai Glorious Imperium is an intergalactic empire unknown to most other societies due to a curiosity of their genealogy. Many millennia ago, the Imperium was a benevolent order of explorers who spread their influence across the cosmos. However, their First Fleet encountered a terrifying entity within a white hole--a demonwitch. The fleet recognized the threat of the witch to the cosmos, and valiantly sacrificed themselves to collapse the white hole, preventing the entity from entering the universe. As revenge, the witch cursed the Imperium with a genetic virus that overloaded their tribal instincts. Slowly the virus spread to the entire Gensai society, and the shining beacon of the cosmos' hope became a violently fearful military. Now, few know of the Imperium, as any society that comes into contact with them is totally exterminated. However, the culture in the Imperium is totally unaware of the virus, and behaves exactly the same, still thinking themselves to be universally renowned heroes.
The GGI is highly technologically advanced society. As such, over half of their military budget goes into artificial intelligence technology to optimize the combat potential of mobile weapons platforms. Particularly, the Mechanized Autonomous Combat Division (referred to affectionately as "MacDees" by soldiers of the Imperium) is the forefront of Imperium military technology, with designs from corporations all across the Imperium.

Anti-Personnel Frontline Mecha

Imperiatech Solutions IMP-45 Clownfish Frontline Mechanized Drone--Sinbad Variant (5 U, 6 Power limit, 2 Effective Size, d10 Armor, d10 Action, 5 Move)
Imperiatech Solutions produced the Clownfish line during the first days of the empire, named for their bright coloring. Clownfishes are designed to draw enemy fire to their eye-catching paint jobs, donning the colors of the Gensai flag. This is the Sinbad variant, equipped with dual IMP-10ML SNBD Machine-loaded Autoguns and a shoulder mounted IMP-M606RC GNDR Railcannon.

Pictured here is the Beowulf variant, wielding dual IMP-20WL BWLF Wave Launchers and a shoulder mounted IMP-M20WL Micro BWLF Wave Launcher.

Galatos Limited SKLR Bonesaw Riot Control Mechanized Drone (3 U, 4 Power Limit, 2 Effective Size, d10 Armor, d8 Action, Move 5)
Galatos Limited was originally contracted by the Imperium to supply its police forces with Riot Control Mecha, but the Bonesaw proved so effective it was deployed in hot zones across the empire. Equipped with a GLT Anti-Armor Close Combat Bastard Scythe “Gemini”, a GLT Close Combat Personal Heavy Shield, and two GLT Long Range RPG “Taurus” rockets, the Bonesaw will take down most of a ground fighting force all on its own.
Specialty Mecha

Ronin Dynamics SHGN Eido (5 U, 6 Power Limit, 3 Effective Size, 2d10 Armor, d10 Action)
While Ronin Dynamics originally was only contracted for filling out military parades with stylish looking robots, they by pure chance were able to snag an important weapons contract when a competitor was mysteriously killed in a golfing accident. Since then, their SMRI series has been headlining every major victory in the Imperium. Recently, they released their SHGN series of densely armored "lone wolf" mecha. The first of that series, the Eido (pictured here), is designed to be dropped behind enemy lines and raise hell all on its own. It comes equipped with an RDS-LC1 Daikaze Long Cannon and an RDL-LS5 Fajin Personal Defense Combat Laser Katana.

Ronin Dynamics SMRI Murakama (6 U, 6 Power Limit, 2 Effective Size, 2d10 Armor, d10 Action)
The SMRI Murakama was at first developed as a beta for the SHGN series. However, unlike the SHGN series, it is designed to be deployed in tandem with other units, specifically Clownfishes. As such, a group of two Clownfish and a Murakama are affectionately referred to as an "Insane Clownfish Posse". The Murakama wields an RDS-LC1 Daikaze Long Cannon, an RDS-PS3 Fujin Personal Defense Combat Tanto, and two RDS-RPG5 Amaterasu Rocket Propelled Grenades, attached to racks on its back.

Ronin Dynamics SMRI Ashikaga (6 U, 8 Power Limit, 4 Effective Size, 2d10 Armor + 1x Deflection, d10 Action)
Even though the Ashikaga started as the central model for Imperium propaganda, once Ronin showed off their combat potential, the Ashikaga became the flagship of the Mechanized Autonomous Combat Division. However, due to its size and value, it is usually protected behind legions of other units, and since the wings are just for show, it rarely sees frontline combat.
