'Ken v. Tzan' (BR 2.023) was a landmark decision of Stubby's Supreme Court in which the court ruled that an MQE (multiverse quantumsurfer equivalent), under certain conditions, counts as both Impairment and Enhancement at the same time. The case was brought by QS Tzan and his army of lawyers in an attempt to halt the Brootal Invasion by fielding an immense army at the cost of only 2Ü.
The courts' decision provided a legal basis for the foundation of Tzanchester United, a military superpower consisting solely of Tzan's doppelgangers, warped in from the many worlds and timelines of the Tzaniverse.
