[BB26] Wotcha Wartrike, Big Trakk and Warbuggy

Wotcha Ork Wartrike




The Wartrike swoops into battle, guns blazing and its engine roaring. Mostly on three wheels but just as often only on the back two in a mad suicidal wheelie. This little fire spitting 3" gun platform has room for two Orks hitching a ride and sports two double barreled 2" guns to shoot a path through the enemy ranks. This is the center piece of any Ork speed freak motor gang.

Wotcha Big Trakk




This is basically a tank built around a giant jet engine, giving it a massive D10 thrust. And ONLY thrust, it has no other mode of propulsion. It can go like a bolt of lightning but just as easy completely stall, engine rattling and whining. It is collosal, sturdy, heavily armored and brings an entire squad of Ork boys straight into battle. Any troops unfortunate enough to be in the way of this monstrosity will be run over and flattened. Be it foe or friend. This baby stops for nobody. 6" long and equiped with two 3" and one 2" guns.

Wotcha Ork Warbuggy

Drunken madness.

Inebriated building is fun! I hope not too addictive. You start somewhere, have no idea where you are going and end up with a warbuggy. And a slight hangover...


It became a five inch speed monster, sporting a double barreled 4" gun, operated by a grot munchfig. Also useful as an on the road snack.


I started with the exhaust system, was very happy with it. Until I accidently put in on backward. Then I was even more happy with it..


The buggy can go up... no idea why. Ork logic doesn't need to make sense. It goes up.


The spoilers on the wings were a nice touch that came to me while I was rummaging through my car accessoiries.


The problem with drunk building is not starting, it is knowing when to stop adding bits and bobs because you are having such a good time.

Substance: 5 (looks to fragile for my liking. Wouldn't be as much of an issue if the fragile parts were only decorative, but it feels like the front tire would just fly off if you touched the thing wrong)

Boast: 3 (bit bland considering what the Wotchas usually have going on)

Big Trakk
Style: 5 (I like the engine Block, the rest feels a bit bland. Just a box on treads)
Substance: 5 (same reason)
Presentation: 4
Boast: 4 (Wotchas always have fun lore for their stuff)

Boast: 5 (making it better by accidentally putting a part in backwards and just not knowing when to stop adding details? Sounds perfect xD)

It´s overall solid quality builds with a good mixture of modelling and wargaming, all with a consisent scheme of colour and design. And definitely the best photo quality in this contest with balanced lighting and a clean background. The Wartrike and Big Trakk could have a bit more aggressive, ork-worthy look for war vehicles - compared to the Warbuggy at least.
Nice to see the Wotcha tribe's lore and carpool grow!
