level:13
1/5 at cooking (if i made it don't eat it)
1000 at sleeping (took a lot of grinding to get this lvl up)
70 at geting out of trouble for not doing homework
57 at makeing painfull snowballs
1 at geting to sleep
1/2 at wakeing up
100 at reading
50 at resisting go up the down and down the up on evalaor.

These are refences to proficiencies in D&D! You can't spend fractions of slots in skills!

Oh ho ho! You CAN spend points on half a rank in a cross-class skill.

But can you spend 1/5 a rank on something?

his total fractions equal 6/10, or 3/5 of a rank (And before I was refering to AD&D 2e)

No, but I say his 1/2 rank is satisfied.

And there are more systems than Dungeons and Dragons for things like this. Many people were referring to video games as well (Highschool dungeons and such).

EDIT: Actually, this started AS a video game, the picture that Bonn-O-Tron posted.

im not playing D&D and never have. im playing real life and I've proven you can have 20% of a skill (the cooking being low is usfull it gives me more time to grind "sleeping" and "reading" my mum hates half term since i can read a book a day with out even trying to.
