It's not the biggest ever. I've seen one two times longer.

Is a SHIP built in LDD ok, because I wouldn't have anywhere near enough peices to make a real one.

So a SHIP thats 400 studs long has two small hangers and two forward and one rear mounted heavy battleship style turrets is fair game. No its not built yet but I am working on the hanger bays and the bridge.

I saw a colony ship once that was easily the largest SHIP i'd ever seen. There were four Colony pods that each were designed to be portable buildings in a space colony, and were each slightly smaller than the XL baseplates. These pods made up the midsection of the ship, while the rear end had massive engines (I want to say it used bionicle containers, but I can't remember. Each individual thruster was about that size though), and the front end had the bridge. Along the top of the ship were landing pads, as well as a monorail traversing the spine. I'll tell you if I ever find the pics again.

Ok, my ship ditched the hangers and replaced them with 10 missile silos and on the front two heavey guns. I also plan on the air locks to be moonbase compatable. too bad this thing will be so expensive it will probably not leave LDD any time soon(if ever).

Nice, But it's not yours, is it?

Anyway my ship is redesigned again. 8 missile silos instead of 10. anyway the best way to visualize it would be to imagine fusing a Typhoon-class submarine, the guns of an Iowa-class battleship, and strap some rockets to it.
