In all honesty, I prefer modest, practical clothing, I don't even really wear shirts with funny messages or logos. I just wear simple, plain green T-shirt with blue jeans. I like the blue jeans because they're durable, protect me from both heat and cold, and they're pretty much immune to small thorns and such.

Plain green shirt, well, I don't like black because the Texas sun aint too forgiving, White tends to stain easy, and I don't have too many other colors, so I wear green. 'Sides, I like Green, and Tan.

Screw your skirts and kilts, aint no way im walking through a forest in that.

And to Mana: Kudos to him. He's getting paid for his beliefs, thats an awesome job. I wish I got paid for wearing plain clothing *sigh*

*Edit* also, I neglected to mention. Hawthornes, Devil's Walking Stick, and Pigwood trees (all of these names on the same Acadia tree) thorns, no matter HOW thick your clothing, go through. I had one sail straight through my shoe, and if you step on one of those, your not walking for awhile! So no, Blue jeans don't really help against those, im talking small berry thorns and such.

Quick Biology: A "Devil's Walking Stick" is covered with long, 3-7 inch thorns that are all given small amounts of poison at the tip to add a very painful and agonizing sting. It won't cripple you, but it'll make walking a son of a (insert generic curse word)
