This is a somewhat okay concept, but very very poorly executed. Cleaned up, organized, and stickied, and we'd have a good thread.
As for rules, I'm just going to go with shameless self promotion and pop in links to my homebrew supplements that I've already made (and a quick summary because jesus i could not communicate quickly in those posts).
Automatic Weapons
When attacking with an automatic weapon, reduce the ur by one for "three round burst" mode. Make a skill roll, and add the amount you beat the UR by to your damage to compensate for multiple bullets. To fire in an arc, make a cone with as many fingers you want on one hand, and attack everything within that cone at a skill penalty equal to however many fingers you have up.
Heavy Machine guns and Suppression
Heavy MGs do 1d10 damage and have a UR of 4. When attacking multiple targets in an arc, subtract (number of fingers) from damage, not skill. Any unit ending their turn inside the firing arc is suppressed, and can't do anything other than crawl 1d4"
Fire
Anything on fire takes 1d4 damage equal to it's "fire level" (how on fire it is). If a 4 is rolled, add one to the fire level. If a 1 is rolled, subtract one from the fire level.
