i bet i have the lowest - i only brought 3 (yes 3) actual star wars sets - Clone pack, droid pack and grevious' starfighter - i also got a magnet darth vader, jar-jar and a tusken from my friend

I have 30 Storm troopers, 8 Dark troopers, 2 Scout troopers, (wish I had more scouts though) 6 reconfigured clone troopers 2 scout troopers with no helmet, 3 clone pilots, 2 storm trooper pilots, an AT-At pilot, 4 rebel troopers, 8 battle droids, 6 super destroyer droids, 5 assorted jedi, 2 sith, 5 assorted heros, 2 Boba Fetts, 2 repair droids and 2 droidekas. Not all of these are in my army and some are lost in my collection but thats the list of my Star Wars figs as far as I know. Thats 82 total.

Infantry wise:

16 Rebels (ANH style)
40 Phase-I Clones
11 Phase-I Clone Gunners (Brown)
2 Phase-I Clone Pilots
4 Phase-II Clone Pilots
4 Star Corps Clones
8 Clone Shock Troopers
8 Phase-II Clones
2 Phase-II Clone Gunners (Green)
Captain Rex
Commander Fox
Commander Cody
Ahsoka Tano
Kit Fisto
Anakin Skywalker (Clone Wars & Eta-2)
Obi-Wan Kenobi (Clone Wars & Eta-2)

Disregarding the Jedi, I've got 82 clones + 16 rebels, so a company of 98. Short for a line infantry company but comparable to a weapons (manoeuvre support) company in the marines.

I indisputably have by far the biggest Star Wars army of anybody on the forums, but I worry it's so big that posting pictures of it may be obscene.

The important thing, though, is that ten inches are more than six. Since I can't post pics, you will just have to take my word for it!
