I LOVE the color cordination now the minifigs below can scream "It's blue It's red no It's brown wait It's big ass ship hoveren over our town!

Yeah one of the resons itsw so tall in the second story well ill have photo of that later, but lets just say it had to be that large.

Make the front of the ship taller to match the back tower, so it's one big long tall ship of death. You could call it a light destroyer if you did that.

You should see this in person. It's crazy wonderful. I could just stare at it for hours. The best part? It has the dismembered body parts of the fallen Lego men dangling off the sides ready to be used as ammo, if it ever comes to that.

Planed editions, an assault ramp for rapid dissembarcation of troops and vehicles. The conning tower will be deeper to house an improved reactor. the rear will be extended to hold more crew quarters another gun and more starfighter bays. basically the whole ship will get linger and deeper. also the hardpoints already built into the roof tiles will get thier box launchers.
slowly it will improve.

well its official I've run out of large plates that is to say anything square and at least 4x4 but this is the result. here is the lambda shuttle for size comparison

also it now has a flight deck and can carry the fighter it had before and enything that can slot into a size four opening. the new fighter can fold up and there is a docking arm so it can hange in the bay. i need to build another one most likely a bomber version. also you moght notice a turn table with nothing on it this will be fitted with heavy space torpedoes later.

yep you can see me run out of legos as the rear structure is built hence the different color bands. actually a funny thing that stack of light blue 1x2's is actually balanceing the ship on its stand as it otherwise would fall. when the fighters are loaded. a bonus its <a href='http://tinyurl.com/y42zurt'>alot</a> fricken longer know im literaly out of plates for making it large right now. bonus i was able to rebuild some of the passage ways so at least now there are stairs leading from the secondary flight deck to the security/messquarters.

also half way through the build for the aft section i discovered that the train chasis makes a lousy connection so the front half of the ship was breaking apart this was mainly due to the airlock doors that were installed just aft of this point on the previous version. consequently you now have to hunch over to get into the forward weapons bay.

and the lego store is outa plates im very sad right now

. but oh well. more time to build fighters for the internal bay. besides who needs carriers im already to have room for at least 5 fighters, though they will be stacked.
