Over the last 19 years, I have bought/received hundreds of LEGO sets. Never in my life have I bought a MegaBlok set for myself.

HOWEVER, as far as BrikWars is concerned, I see absolutely no problem with throwing clone brands into the mix. Plus my sister went on a big MegaBloks Dragons buying spree, so there are a bunch of those lying around at my house. I sometimes steal the minifig torsos.

I voted Switzerland on this one.

My display picture is about the same. Lego head on MegaBlok's body.

And to Mike, They really have improved. All of my creations fit togethor perfectly. My Lego/Megablok pieces are completetly interchangeable and I've never noticed a difference. That Bipedal Mech I made, the big tall one with C3PO as the driver, is made from half Lego/Half Megablok, and the pieces fit togethor perfectly.

So, I guess mabye back on 03 or 04 they sucked as you said, but in modern day I could've never guessed it.

Also, I don't know about you, but as I've stated before, Megablok military sets are basically near the best without sacraficing combatibility with the Lego pieces.

Mega Bloks will make one big POOP for something where LEGO would make many useful pieces.

Okay, here is the shortened, listed version of my main points.
1) Monopoly bad. Monopoly makes products shitty and expensive.
2) Competition good, even if competitors themselves are bad. Competition gives incentive to produce better and cheaper products.

I know I am new here, and therefore my opinion probably counts for almost nothing but, I'll voice it anyways.

Lego and yellow mini's all the way! mega craps don't stay together well and look bad. Bestlock is just bad and peaches just look terrible lined up next to yellow mini's.

A good example of a POOP is one the big masks that came on one of the bionicle fortresses.

You wouldn't be able to use that thing for squat.

However, one cannot forget that some POOPS are very useful for those of us who aren't quite as creative as others.

Take for example, the giant gatling guns. Sure, they're slightly unwieldy, but once in place, they are on par if not better than any lego custom gatling weapon. Don't get me wrong, there are awesome ones out there, but when you stick 6 binoculars on a wheel and call it a gatling gun..it doesn't have the same zest.
