consider me on the baseplate team, Its a bit of a puzzle but I think I have enough for a 4' by 4' battlefield, most is already covered by rainbow buildings in various shapes and sizes, but it will do.

on the roomwide baseplate floor: I don't think thats a good idea as I moslty play my lego without shoes, and it really starts to hurt after a while.

Well, you would have to start wearing shoes then, huh? I think that's a fair price to pay for having a room covered with baseplates.

I'd rather step on them than wear shoes. But I don't think I'd cover the whole floor. Maybe just an 8'x8' section, or maybe one side of the room.

Often, literally, a pillow fight but may include similar situations like volleyball, particularly when wardrobe is skimpy and the action is bouncy.

I wonder if its possible to have a battle in a small box of baseplates, figs will be able to get shot from above, front left right etc.

I have terrible experiences with wearing shoes around my legos, including stepping on things. don't really know if removing the shoes helped but at least its something

thick walking socks would stop the studs hurting.

I would have baseplates covering a bunch of tables with rollers on the bottom so I could move them around, and rearrange them per scenario.

How can studs hurt? They are comfortable. And refreshing.
