All heavy weapons are two-handed and require ADVANCED WEAPONS TRAINING.

Sniper rifle should be more powerful, whats the point of hitting that one guy all the way over there if its not even going to do anything to him?

i just roll 2d6 for sniper rifle if i feel like it i'll fudge and use 3

I'd make it +2, but then it would become a cheaper, more long-ranged ubergun.

That might work. I'll make it 1d6+2 damage, but a one-turn reload.
