The Bloodstained Serpent

Pirate Day has been over for some time, but the spirit of it inspired me to build the Bloodstained Serpent.

The ship carries two cannons.

The figurehead:

The rear:

The first mate steers the ship.

Meanwhile the captain is in his quarters.

An ever useful dinghy.

The cannon deck:

The kitchen:

The whole crew pose for the camera.

By the way, I'm entering this into J+B's "Huge Ship" contest.

Yaar! she be a worthy vessel, no doubt, and wi' an elegant figurehead. But me thinks she be missin' a bowsprit.

Oh, Christ! I just realised, The Bloodstained Serpant! You sick bastard!!! That has to be the sickest name I have yet seen here. IMO.

Ok, ok. It took me a while but I was really busy building stuff and being a Pirate that night.

You are more perverted than me guys, I wasn't intending anything like that. My train of thought was: "What to name the ship? It's got a dragon figurehead, so something with Dragon? No, too unpiratey. Serpent! That's better. And it's red, so it'll be something with blood... the Bloodstained Serpent!"

I would gone with something with Dragon in,like "Sea Dragon" would go with a dragon or a hydra head and maybe a decorative stern shaped like a tail (if you've read the same books as me you will know which ship that comes from).

before posting anything here make sure it doesn't have a name that could be twisted.
