My friend david built what was essentually a ginormous tower constructed completely out of bricks built into various sizes of pyramids, all facing different directions. In the end, according to the weapon size * 6" thing, the cannon could hit any of my unit on the entire field, even if we both started at very opposite edges of a ping-pong table. I tried launching fighters at it form my capitol ship, which was a fighter catapult that can launcher them incredibly far, but I never even got a sucessful hit in on the thing.

Huge tower/cannon/ships win.

it would make for an expencive ship, the computer, the cannon,the engines/capacitors.

I use the older rules ie(2005 rules before horse revition the stats are on page 2 of this thread i think). Consequently for every inch or gun you get 6" of range. for an example look at the

if your not getting a succesful hit remember that its -1 to the required skill for every 2" so say you were using a mark III gun use 9 firing at a large taget say a tank that was 8" long the tank would have-4 to the use rating of nine equals 5 so a lego man rolling a 1d6 has 2 chances out of six of hitting, noiw say that the aircraft was upgraded with a computer, so now your rolling 2d6 againt a use rating of 5 well you avrg on 2d6 is 7 so you should now hit more than 50% of the time. also you can link fire ie say your fighter has 4 mk II guns if you want to fire at different targets you have to take it out of your total use pile, however if you wanted to fire all 4 at one target then its only one use rating allowance rather than several.

The ship is finished. Though I might add a couple more guns to it. But yea I completed it yesterday. All I need now is to go home so I can take pics.

cool, we got about one month left. I am also getting closer to finishing my ship I have 90% of the first segment done.
Been here longer then pretty much all of you or some shit.
