TD-8 "Toad" AA Vehicle

Post by RoC77 » Mon Dec 14, 2009 2:36 pm

The 45th Union's armored division, realizing the need for proper air coverage, built the TD-8 "Toad" AA Vehicle. Armed with a HEAVY Gatling cannon, it can take out anything that fly’s that is smaller than a frigate. And with the versatility of the 360 degree automated turret, it can target ground forces as well.

Size comparison, it's designed to also be able to be loaded onto assault cruisers.

Oh, dear, Roc have you lost air supremacy again?!. Honestly you're so careless. Nice looking FlaK Tank. I like the name too.

Air-to-Air aircraft are much better at covering heavy-ground, also once your missile racks are empty you can just send them in for a dive bomb.

This matches your siege tank and command tank very well (if you still have those together).

Thanks guys, this little guy is for armor support when I have no planes in the area. Oh, and yeah my siege & command tanks were scrapped, also all my T-150's. Also I'm going to detail her a little more to match my other tanks. My armored division now consists of 1 Gladiator Tank, 1 Thraex Tank(1 other under construction), 3 BMP's, 1 Toad, & 1 Iron Maiden.
