The nights were unusually dark and long. People were slaughtered at night, military positions ransacked and destroyed... and no one could tell who was responsible. Emperor Deverre requested the King's aid, and the King complied, sending out the call to the feudal rulers to gather their armies for a crusade against the Bulls.
Emperor Deverre established a series of supply camps for the reinforcing armies to use on their way to the border. With most professional troops occupied fighting the Bulls, he dispatched the Urban Guard, a citizen militia, to defend these camps...

Night time. An imperial armoury stocked up on weapons intended for the next batch of recruits is guarded carefully by a lieutenant and some guardsmen.





The loss of these supplies would definitely be a setback to the Empire...

Secret faction 2: played by me, because they're only 2 figs, perhaps won't make their entry until a few turns into the game and because I want to.
Excuse me for the poor picture quality, it'll get better. This is a small fight for me to get used to the more advanced rules (Grave Tidings used QuickWars rules) before doing a bigger battle, but the outcome will still have an impact on the story! Factions are first come first served.
