I'd like to see more weapon forms and guidelines for making your own stuff like damage to cp to use ratios and multiple attacks per turn and that kind of stuff, also a list of mini-fig abilities would be nice, or atleast there archetypes. also an increase in the power and DAKKA your average mini-fig has, a squd of mini-figs with rpg's have a low chance against a tank, which seems a bit odd. also an adaptation of the missile Mk system, as rule abiding missiles are too shit, there one use and don't do all that much damage.
Almond Status: ACTIVATED

Grrr! Die Rules Lawyers Die! How much CP does fun cost, figure that out on your abacus of dull why dontcha! Joking. But seriously, why does everything have to be worked out and catalogued and costed? I thought Brikwars was an Imaginative game.
Guideline. If it's cool it's in if it sucks jobby it's out. If your opponent disallows it and can't explain why, then he's a little twat but it's just tough luck. Play on.

I like things to be at least relatively fair when I play, so CP is important to me. It's just not as fun when only one team is dying all over the place and the other is marching through them like nothing's happening.
I guess that's why we would like more rules on customizing minifigures and weapons and things. Brikwars is all about imagination, but if the awesome weapon that you make is only able to be balanced and make things fair in 2 different ways, it kinda stinks. We'd just like a way to make that weapon however destructive that we want, whether it costs as much as our opponent's tank or not.

You're using a worse case scenario. All things in moderation, including rules. Yeah, ok, I suppose if a player can't control himself enough to make things fun for all players involved then he deserves to be buried under a ream of rules... Carry on good sirs. But isn't making rules for teenage players kind of like herding cults?
Good luck with that.

Well, it's not like anyone has to use the rules. If you wanted to you could just roll d6's for everything *coughormakebrikspacecough*
Just for those of us who DO like rules, it would be nice to have some things. I get obsessive over some things and am usually pretty organized, so I definitely have more fun when I know what's going on instead of having to think mid-game "What dice should I use for this? How many? What kind of range?" If I just have tables that I can glance at quick or personalized weapons already planned out, it's way easier for me.

Hahaha, I'm not arguing, just saying. I don't see anything wrong with the way you play, it makes for some good fun. I guess it's just kind of different when you're playing with multiple people, too, as opposed to forum battles. No one cares if you make up all this random stuff in a forum battle because you're just playing against yourself
And you have weeks to make up the stuff, too. It's a bit hard to just keep building on a battle like you've got if you're playing it within the span of a few hours unless you already have everything made, and that kind of gets rid of the fun and excitement of a giant dropship, hoverbikes, Hello Kitty, and Brikthulu.
