I didn't said that the pokemon games are lame I love those but the TV show just sucks! >.<

I hate when everyone just decides that the anime reflects what Pokemon really is. And of course, they're wrong. The games are so much more than that boneriffic Ash guy.

So true, You know because all the american dubbed turn something like "oh shit! Pikachu don't give up!" into "Pikachu, hang in there!" seriously, shoot, shit, it's all the same in japanese.

Also you have forgotten that kangaskhan defends her babies with her life, so anything getting near her baby or eggs is dead.

eh. even the Japanese language version is terrible. if ash spent all his time running through the elite four over and over again to get level 100 pokemon, ditched the pikachu for some way better electric type, and walked in fields looking for shineys, THEN we've got a show.

I think it would needed to be about a lone pokemon trainer and there should be visible wounds like cuts and broken bones and a pokemon should actually be able to bleed and die, it's so fake that when pikachu get tangled up by a Onix that not all his bones are crushed and he bleeds to death and isn't pokemon just the children version of dog fights and cock fights with out the iligal betting part..

Actually, speaking of the Pokemon games, I got Dragon Quest Monsters earlier. It's an awesome variation of Pokemon except, y'know...Dragon Quest.

Nah, the plot device of pokeballs for easy storage, transport, and medical treatment negates the need pokemon to simply die in their well regulated battles.

But make it more like the game, then add the realistic details. Pikachu gets trapped by Onyx, Onyx squeezes and crushes, Pikachu is taken out, period, simply, end of Pikachu until they get to a Pokecenter. He returns to the ball and is in stasis.
Then Rattata the kickass Pidgey wins the match. Badge earned. We move on from there.

The show did some weird things to begin with, and while it's first 3 to 4 episodes were well done, it degenerated to a sickeningly repetitive formula fast.

Team Rocket got terrible treatment in the show. In the game they are a massive terrorist organization with cult like beleif that using animals as weapons of domination and terror is great for fun and profit. They siege cities, hijack ships, run underground smuggling, gambling rings, and other vices. They are the dark fists and main criminal element of the world.
On the show, it's two retards trying to steal a kids mouse. Whoop-de-do.

And they made Ash a complete dunce as well... the Ash on the show can only handle two retards trying to steal one pokemon. Any more challenging than that and he'd die. Ash in the game fights through a hijacked cruise ship with his team of 6 creatures he trained himself. He breaks up a crime ring in one city, and ends a military siege in another... the Ash on the show can't keep his own pants clean.

Are you talking a new one, or the old GB/ GBC ones? I have the old ones, and they're amazing. DQM: Joker is quite a crappy, though, and I have no idea why they changed it. I guess 3D crap is the new in thing.

I'm talking about Joker. I think I played a ROM of the GBC ones for like 5 minutes once.

it is now. kindof. there'd be no real reason to make it one, and if you DID, people would just stand in front of doors and you couldn't go to the pokemon center. so instead, you can just trade and battle with people you know.

some kind of automatch system would be nice though. That, or if there was a way for pokemon to be adjusted to be the same level (like in the battle tower), and then fight against other people online. having to go to level 100 is annoying, ESPECIALLY since i quit once i got em all to 70. well. quitish. i'm still going to end up going to 100 eventually.
