I don't get the hype. Are travesty bricks hard to come by or something? I'm pretty sure I have a million of the damn things in white.

I don't know, but they are incredibly useful when building MOCS.

That and the fact that if you minmax your PAB cup right, you can get a ton of them, beating bricklink prices even!
