The Brothers Brick has some photos of NEXO Knights prototype figures & sets:

Here's a look at the development of those little 'bots:
The Claybots have evolved from current parts (travesty brick, Tile with clip, Pneumatic T-piece) into the production of a new torso part and new shoulder molds.

Lego has put their January-June 2016 catalog up online. I think most of the new stuff has been already been previewed or leaked.

Well they made a new part just for that Friends balloon, of course they're going to try to shoehorn it into as many sets as they can now. Maybe in 2017 they'll figure out how to use that part for something other than balloons.

Fingers crossed for a giant lightbulb!

Anyway it looks like we're up to another real solid year. The elf dargons are surprisingly charming.

I got the iron skull sub and it came with 2 extra rebreather pieces, just in case that's one of the reasons you're getting the set
