Zupponn - February 19, 2016 - Battle Reports, Competitions, Halloween Hellhunt, Reports From the Field
Hello fellow Brikwarriors! Halloween Hellhunt only comes around once a year, so in an inspired attempt to recreate the magic and give us twice the awesomeness in a year, forum member Quantumsurfer roped some of us into another battle contest. The 2016 Rekon Kickoff is intended to be the Halloween Hellhunt on the other end of the calendar and we had some good submissions for the contest’s inaugural year. Congratulations to Silent_sigfig for the winning battle, The Bleeding Crown. The really cool thing about his battle was that it was done in Brikwars chat with other forum members bann154, Valiant, Kastrenzo, RedRover, and mgb519. All of the submissions were good reads and I wouldn’t expect anything less for next year, so mark your calendars!

Zupponn - January 12, 2013 - Forum Battles
So, 2013 is here and the apocalypse was a dud. It figures. Well, to honor our still-livingness, Alex and mgb519 have set out and created an end of the world BrikWar with all the craziness and insanity that you would expect. Aztecs, Mummies, the BA Team, and even The Most Interesting Man in the World duke it out because, um, well, it’s BrikWars! So grab a bottle of Dos Briquis, sit down (if you aren’t already), and start reading. It’s the end of the world as we know it, and I feel fine!

Judging has concluded on the second annual Halloween Hellhunt battle report contest, and Killer Karetsu’s “The Battle at Brikpass” has come out on top. The forces of both Count Shinypants and Dark Lord Krag Hag had the poor luck to be traveling through the Brikpass on the same day, and slaughter inevitably ensued. Battles were judged by a team of five judges for a potential five points based on five categories: Gameplay, Photography, Violence, Writing, and Overall Appeal. These were combined, through mysterious Halloween math, to add up to a maximum potential score of 16. How does that work? Not even the judges know for sure.
