Ender's Shadow

The Paladin Corps had developed another, more advanced type of trooper. They were the leaders among the regular Corps and were trained in advanced battle tactics, as well as fighting. They started training from age eight, so were already well trained by age twenty, when most took partial command of forces, with supervision from older officers. Ender, forced into a small task force of Shadowguard when the PLA war began, has already been hailed as a hero, and now has come to the age where he must assume command of his own force.
