Lord Hearcer is the Commander-in-Chief of the Scythian Office of Naval Intelligence. He has orchestrated several coups, wiping out the governments of Genoa and Scythia. As the Scythian Emperor has gone into hiding, Hearcer and his SONI cronies have taken control of the empire, with Lord Hearcer taking the helm as the de-facto emperor. He aspires to take over the entire BrikVerse one day.
