Shirley Keeper is a sanitation worker in the city.
Personality
Shirley is usually grumpy and stressed because of her job and how people never pay attention to her when she tries to teach them about how to keep their city clean. She also likes to help people with their problems.
Appearance
Shirley has short orange red hair in a bob cut, she wears a pink hair pin in her hair and has big, round red glasses. She is always seen in her sanitation worker uniform, except when she wears a pink tutu when she sings to get the other citizens to dispose of their garbage correctly.
