A thousand years ago Albert Weisswelt, The King of Weisswelt, a system in the outer core of Tharcan Galaxy, decided to hand over his stellar kingdom to the M-Throne Empire. Later on he became a good friend of the Emperor of M-Throne. The Emperor used genes codes from of King Albert DNA to create an altered clone of himself. The Emperor names his altered clone Sigmund.

Sigmund is an immortal (He don't age) and a psychic. His psychic powers are from the way of kindness (Examples: psychic peace, psychic conversation, psychic prevention, psychic sight, psychic levitation. For ore info visit the Psychic Force section on the "M-Throne Empire" page). His choice of weapons is a red colored laser-sword and he do not prefer trajectory weapons.

He is a natural a member of the Children of the Emperor (C.O.E.) organisation and a general in imperial army but his main duty is to work as an ambassador for the Emperor to establish peaceful relations with other civilizations outside the Imperial Territory. He is currently on duty in Nehellium Galaxy.
