The realm of the Battle Plates is an alternate dimension of the Legitimum Multiverse. Characterized not by galaxies and star systems, but by hundreds of thousands of "Plates" scattered like Islands in a void sea. The number of plates is probably in the millions, but the total cannot be known.
Cartographers, Bureaucrats and tryhards will often categorize or group large swathes of neighboring plates into Plate realms , which then are broken down into smaller groupings within the realm
