Imperiya /Im-peer-iya/ (Monolyth Script: империя) is a faction from the Endless Battleplate dimension  and is considered to be the largest and most powerful of the known factions of the realm. Much of their identity was drawn and created from the former Galacian Imperiya, from which it also gets it's name.

Background
Imperiya was formed in the aftermath of the dissolution of the group known as the Citizen's Protection Alliance, or simply Alliance. A group of warriors and soldiers who banded together under one insignia to protect the peaceful civilians from Bandits, Raiders, Mutants and Demons. later though,  In what was known as the Ostasha Betrayal, an Alliance general sold out the faction to the Chernobog Warband of the Black Legion.  Alliance troopers were slaughtered and when it was over. The generals pointed fingers at one another, accusing each other of being the traitor.  The Alliance began to split apart and even came to blows, with small skirmishes.

Both factions were fed false information by the Black Legion into believing the other's commanders were holed up in the City of Sukia, the Alpha Continent's largest civilized region.  And thus began a large scale battle between the warring Alliance factions. However while they whittled each other down, the Black Legion ambushed both of them, slaughtering them again and killing many of the the leaders of the Alliance.

Despite knowing full well they had been tricked into fighting each other,  the warring factions of the now dead Alliance, had come to hate each other  just as much as the Savage Black Legion.  They retreated away from the destroyed city, while gangs of bandits and mercenaries took over the ruins. The two warring factions reorganized into the Pact  and Imperiya. One sporting black, the other white. Two sides of the same coin. And they kept killing each other while they fought over the affection of the towns and cities that dotted the Alpha Continent.

Ethos & Objectives
Out of all the factions of the Endless Battleplate, with the exception of the city-states themselves, Imperiya is the most concerned with establishing a permanent dominion and maintaining a government over civilians.  The reasoning not out of a desire to be bureaucratic or benevolent. But out of a paranoid agenda to maintain security and order throughout the cities to keep the minifigs docile, and otherwise not joining Gangs or Cults. Imperiya goes so far as to train militias of villages and towns to police the regions it can't be bothered with.

Imperiya seeks to fight the forces of disorder and mayhem. But at the same time, opposes any group that may challenge it's position. Fighting against savages, gangs, and other armies for sport. Their engineers constantly create war machines and weapons out of raw materials scavenged from the wastes, and scientists occasionally make portals to raid other dimensions.

Imperiya is also notorious for employing locals from towns and villages, and training them into auxiliary security forces. All with the intention of spreading "Order" throughout the world with as many allies as possible.

Leadership
Unlike other factions of the Battleplate, Imperiya does not have one leader, but an Oligarchy of leaders. Imperiya's "High Command" is 5 of the most senior and skilled commanders of the group, and they periodically elect amongst themselves, two Marshals. Equal in power, the Marshals collaborate on which missions and projects to take.  If the group is successful, the Marshals stay in power. if they're repeatedly unsuccessful, they're replaced.  The rest of the High Command serves as a tie-breaker should the two marshals oppose one another as to prevent the group from breaking down into another civil war like affected the Alliance before.

Military
Imperiya has two main divisions.

* Armiya - The Ground Forces

* Flota - The Fleet Forces

|Desolator<br> Elite/Anti-Tank

|A Cruel and Unusual weapon of war, the Desolator employs a chemical weapon capable of melting or completely disintegrating ABS into nothing but goo.  The Desolator is equally effective against Troops, Vehicles and Structures, but is deployed rarely, often due to the dangerous nature of the weapon, if blown up he'd likely waste many friendlies in the area.  Hippies at the AN deem the Desolator a weapon of mass destruction, too bad no one cares anymore.
