In the BR 2,011 the Third Alliance was founded under the first UBERKAISER Alec - Leader of the RIN forces. In later times, a civil war erupted and Uberkaiser Otto 1 of Bavaria seized the throne by force. Slightly afterwards UberKaiser Piltog stepped in to become the New Uberkaiser in order to avoid civil war with the might of Akkadia behind him. This third revolution was uncontested; however there have been several plots to overthrow uberkaiser Piltogg.
