So, after rolling some inits, we're going like: Brag-Warhead-Snakemittens-Moronstudios.
Rescue Force:
'Remember mes amis: divide and conquer!' said Jean-Francois (long lost sibling of Jean-Philippe ze collecteeble), and so the squads broke to minifigs. (it took me a while to scrounge enough small plates)
The team swarmed the area. J-F used his marksman skills to enhance the archers' range.
With this, he and 3 fellow archers fired at Corpse Grinder, and busted off 1 hit point.
Deadlock:
The Glommox moved in and fired, but due to poor rolls, noone was harmed.
Then Corpe Grinder moved in, and killed a spearman. The 3 archers who couldn't fired first shot now, tooking down another hit point.
But he quickly regained it with nomming his newest victim.
Deadlock drew his khaos tarot cards, which can predict anything nasty. 'It seems no surprise is near...'
He tried some troop-enhancing magiks, but failed.
Orks:
The green tide chraged, except for the ranged ones.
Imperials:
Niol used his Rune of Swiftwind and enhanced it so that it can affect everyone, giving +3 movement to all except the machinery.
Then they moved in.
As the armies started to collide, a strange, unsettling feeling started to grow on them... maybe the cold wind? Or something else?
