From right after the Dark Ages...

So Warhead and i were talking on the chat about the yellow castle at which point i remembered that i built a castle in that style from the very first bricks i bought/got after my dark ages ended.
So i present to you the Rainbow Keep:

Me and my then girlfriend built moar at that time though:

The Spongebob mosaic was a joint effort of ours.

This house was built by her.

And has a pool in the backyard.

We even had a Brikwars battle using Quickwars rules!

I built this fighter for a contest on 1000steine.de

In retrospect i should have entered the contest with it. It's not that bad imo.

My masterly attempt at building a mech. Or is it a hardsuit?

Now THAT is how you build with rainbow bricks: keeping the colors neatly separated instead of making a huge eye burning mess.

I like the to see sheer love you have put into these mocs back in the day. Not professional, but they yell that you had a great time making them.

That would qualify as a mecha. Hardsuits are micro-mecha of sorts... They are supposed to be more like armoured exoskeleton suits than machines with independently movable limbs.

I would like to have another category of Mech set up in the wiki, but there are already to many. Still, it would be Proto Mechs. These would be the ones that stand between Hardsuits and Mecha, having a balance between agility, speed and firepower

Great castle! Very classic style. I love the buildings too. I can remember building stuff like this in the early days before all the cooler parts were invented, brings it all back, thanks Apollyon!
