I have that game and now I can't remember the name.

I just dug through my walk-in closet, but it must be buried in the back end. :)

I believe it is called heroscape.

I like the Elves, you should've made them peach to give them fairer skin...

Awesome job... Elves ftw, and that paintjob is great, I was quite surprised when you said it was not an original elf, painted. without guidelines, it is an amazing work of art.

The hex grid terrain pieces are from a game called Heroscape by Hasbro. I've never actually played the game, but I'm always on the lookout for the terrain pieces to use for wargaming in general.

Not quite without guidelines because I use a printed paper sticker which I then touch up and highlight with a fine brush and artists acrylics. The artwork for the stickers was originally made by Ed-209 on the Eurobricks forum, but I modified it just a little for my own High Elves.
The cloak isn't the best, but it doesn't look too bad when printed out. Makes the dragon look like it's embroidered onto the cloak I guess.

I'm not much of an expert, but I vectorised the cloak which has improved it's appearance.
